"Son of the South" is a powerful true story set in the summer of 1961, focusing on the journey of a young white Southerner named Bob Zellner. Caught in the midst of the Civil Rights Movement, Bob faces a pivotal moment in history where he must decide which side of the struggle for racial equality he will stand on. Inspired by the words of Rosa Parks, who tells him, "Not choosing is a choice," Bob realizes that neutrality in the face of injustice is not an option.
